Decided to send naked pictures of herself to my husband.

Do not go here she will try to take any man she is desperate. I have proof as well.

So I am waiting for a call back and nothing yet I tried calling the office and no one is answering the phone. This is horrible dentist

They upcharge. My insurance pays 100% for fillings and extractions.

They would not fill tooth and said extraction was needed.

They then said it would be 350 dollars for some med they use because it is their policy to use it. It was not needed they use this to upcharge their patients stay away they are crooksstay away

Stopped in and made an appointment. Receptionist assured me that they take my insurance.

When I arrived for my appointment at the DeLand Florida Ofc I was taken back to have what I thought would be bite wings X-ray. They tech told me the dentist wanted full panoramic X-rays. I stated that this was not what I wanted! Unless this was a no charge.

She said there will be a charge. I immediately left! This dental association is a rip off. Do not go.

When trying to reach their 1-800 number no one would answer. Must leave a msg and they would get back within 24 hours.

Horrible! Stay away.

We are paying out of pocket, and my daughters teeth is still looking bed, the staff is very rude and the guy assistant that replaces my daughter wire and rubber bands always sighs his nails in her gums she cries in pain every time she has to go back.

The staff at San Jose has been very rude and never answer calls. The treatment plan is never accurate.

I have documented anxiety and manic episodes. I have a support animal and the doctor didnt approve them to be here.

The main doctor was dr.lee and he has left the practice. I dont appreciate the treatment.

Treatment bad cancel three two month waiting for treatment no call one sat for cancelation Fri a little late cancel lots of traffic took time from job drove hour no one said one sat a month 3 cancelation s no respect for customer no one would be happy with thistreatment at all ocala isn't taking patients so we drove to leesburg office expecting better wife said no dental for her with this treatment

Arrived at 9:00 am for 9:15 cleaning appointment. Was immediately called back to chair for cleaning.

Person cleaning spent no more than 5 minutes cleaning my teeth, used pick very little, no polishing and no flossing of teeth. The office I was brought into was absolutely filthy with overflowing trash can and chair I was asked to sit in very dirty. When I checked out the credit card machine not working so I was told to pay with cash.

Then difficulty with computer connecting with printer for receipt. I spent more time at the check out counter than I did having my teeth cleaned.

Check in staff very unorganized. The dental assistant was unprofessional.

While Im in chair, she asks did u pay co pay and goes to check. I went to get fitted for top dentures, Long story short, they were poor quality, I had excellent insurance. The dentures were perfect for Mr.

Ed the horse!!! I will never use Greenburg Dental on Dunn Ave Again!!

I was fully covered on treatment they were to submit to insurance before appt pre-approval they did not and billed me. Got unbilled by billing office. Up front office very tacky at 10095 beach Blvd office manager not professional.

No complaints about dentist.

My children have needed care several times and the office in Arlington refuses to answer their phone. I have been in the office when the girls just allow it to ring off the hook while they're on their cell phones.

When you leave a message, they never return the call. It is the same with oral surgery.
