Total disappointment
Very unprofessional place. There is always a whole crew at the front desk but most of them prefere to ignore customers .
Very hard to get a hold of them by phone. Been calling for a week to cancel and reschedule an appointment and they never return my calls. Stopped by today 10 minutes before they are supposed to close and door was locked.
There were three workers talking and laughing inside but they ignored me.
Of course I am not complaining about all of them, I was helped by a very nice lady last time I was at the office, but other then that I only had. Ad experience with Greenberg dental.
Unprofessional and Poor Service
My son was referred by the Greenberg in Sanford to see an Oral Surgeon in the Altamonte Springs office. He had to wait over a month just to get an appointment.
When he arrived the rep stated he needed a referral and he was told it was his responsibility to obtain it. I informed the rep that he was referred here by another Greenberg office and why couldn't she look into the system and obtain the referral? I was told that the offices systems are not synced. I stated why is this my son's fault?
If a referral was need the rep at the Sanford office should have provided one to him prior to making the appointment. She also informed me that his insurance had not been verified yet either. His appointment should been reviewed before the day of his appointment and if no referral wasn't on file my son should have received a phone call informing him that referral is needed. They had an entire month to view his appointment and files.
She then states that she can call the Sanford office but it will delay his appointment even more. After waiting an hour the rep states there is nothing she can do and my son would have to reschedule. I stated how is this my son's fault because you and someone from the Sanford office didn't do their job? The fact that my son had waited an entire month for this appointment and we both took off work and the representative was so nonchalant about dropping the ball on my son's appointment.
I asked for a manager and was told by the young lady and a gentleman standing behind her that inserted himself into the conversation stated " there is no manager or supervisor"
I am very livid with the staff and Greenberg practices.
Its acceptable and unprofessional for them to place the blame on my son instead of taking ownership. I will never do business with Greenberg dental ever again!!!
If I could give them a zero I would!!

Preferred solution: change how appointments are handled. Insurance should be verfied before the appointment and should be reviewed in advance. And a phone call she be made to inform patient of what is needed of them before the appointment.

They are overbooked and have rude customer service at the front desk. The lobby area is dirty.
Walls, glass doors, and windows are filthy. I got braces on top and bottom on 7/22/18. I paid $232.00 for 24 months with $932 down because insurance did not cover it. I hated my result and I really didn't need them originally.
I just wanted my bottom front teeth closer together.
I wasn't happy with the results for that amount of money. tRUNR refused.

Terrible Dentist insurance shamed my child
The dentist told me that he doesn't like to accept my child's insurance because they pay very little of what he wants to bill. I said the prices are too high, its outrageous the cost of dental procedures.
He said that he spent a million dollars going to medical school, so he can charge what he wants. I said that he doesn't care about patients because he just wants money.
He then further said that he doesn't think healthcare is a right, good luck finding anyone that takes medicaid.
I have never been so angry. I almost lost it.

I can never get a hold of anybody at corporate in the office my granddaughter goes to I am extremely unhappy, Someone needs to call me my number is 941-587-**** its about the orthodontist and Cortez Road in Bradington Florida where at I can never get a hold of anybody

Greenberg fruit cove tried to charge whatever they wanted even though I had Aetna which has pre determined rates. After 9 months Greenberg were told they had to charge the agreed rates.
They have since retaliated by rescheduling all of my wife and my appointments, they then left my wife waiting for 90mins with our 2 yo and 4 month old baby. Avoid this dentist at all costs, they are horrific, scammers and then please ignorance by saying they have no manager and instead give you an 800 number to dial - which of course just goes to an answering service and you never get a call back

Horrible Service
The orthodontist was the only working in the Winter Garden location, that day. He stated his father is Middle Eastern and his mother is Caribbean.
The orthodontist name is Khaled Hamdallah, I believe.
I allowed my, 15 yr old, son to go in the back alone for his typical dental maintenance appt for braces.
The assistant told my son, his braces needed to be tightened. (Of course, that's why you have monthly visits... I, his mother, had braces- so I'm aware of the process) She proceeds to tell him to be mindful when he is eating fried chicken and watermelon.
This assistant knew full well she was being racist, sarcastic, and unprofessional. Trying to get a laugh off the back of an African American child.
All while, disregarding a child's feeling of uneasiness and exposing him to racist rhetoric this country is founded.
How does she know he eats fried chicken? How would watermelon, harm braces? In all of my years of having braces the biggest concern and/or instructions were told by my orthodontics were to avoid hard candy and too crunchy chips.
It is unfortunate, I must even prove this as being nothing but hateful behavior, that should be condemned in a business of public service by stating what has been instructed to me in the past.
I, immediately, brought my concern to the orthodontist, .
He states what was told to my son was unacceptable, and he has black friends, blah blah... but, my son states he was in the assistant's presence when the assistant made the comment.

HORRIBLE customer service
This is the worst dental office ever. The phone customer service is terrible.
I only go there because I can't find a closer dental office that accepts my child's insurance. If he didn't have problems, I would NOT go. BE ADVISED!!! They will answer the phone and hang up.
I have had other Greenberg offices to call for me, and only then will I be able to get there. They left me on hold one day for 18 minutes...

Your Attention would be greatly appreciated. I went to the below office on 2/25/2020. My children 12 and 9 were scheduled for appointments at 2p and 3p. I left work at 12p and it was raining. I live 30 minutes away from home. Unfortunately I was stuck in traffic due to an accident on the expressway blocking all 3 lanes. I was stuck for 2 hours. I tried to call the office to inform them I was on the way but they do not pick up the phone. When I got there finally after picking up my kids it was 240pm. When I arrived the front desk associates were not friendly and asked did I have an appointment. I replied yes and gave my childrens names. The attendant then said begrudgingly slumped over "your insurance isn't active". I replied I just spoke to the insurance company. Then she said you have an appointment for 2p and 3p to which I replied I have been sitting in traffic trying to get here as soon as possible. Now I was a little flustered but I was NOT rude to her. The manager looks at me and says that is not their problem and I don't have to speak to them that way. I then asked who was the manager and she said I am and I run this place. I asked is there any one else I can speak to and what is her name. She would not give her name. Then she said we are not going to service you remove her as a patient to the attendant. Now I am not yelling or screaming or belligerent and this was uncalled for. I then replied I waited for 2 freaking (I used another word) hours. Then she said you need to leave or I will call the police. She called the cops. I replied I will happily wait outside if she gives me her name or someone else to report her to. I am beyond disappointed in the service. I have called the news station just to give publicity to this experience. I have spoken to a Wanda who says she will report to corporate. However in these cases nothing happens. I can be reached at 904-376-****. I later looked at the reviews and see I am not the only one to experience this. Unfortunately this is the dentist my insurance covers. This office is terrible. First, you call for days/weeks/months and all calls roll to answering service and calls are never returned. You are forced to stop by and make appointments in person...all the while they send you text and postcard reminders all of which say to call them. Finally, get appointment and change your day around and make plans for appointment and show up on time and they have cancelled my appointment (not the first time this has happened to me or a family member). They say they called and left a message, however I get email notifications of all voicemails and I had none. This will be the last time!!! Office is not very clean and definitely not organized. Seems like they have a lot of trainees, newbies, and or rejects from other offices/countries. They have not ever been very good. Never friendly. I will leave on a positive note, they have not demanded or tried to trick us into services we do not need like many other offices do. Sorry, done with them.

I will say the people are pretty nice. It's almost impossible to get them via phone to change or confirm appointments and they don't return calls. It's very basic service and they haven't ever tried to upsell me or try to do things not needed just to try to charge more like many others do. I don't like that they have so many chairs and you have people walking by you to get to their chair. has small walls in between. Not enough privacy for me. It is fair and priced right.

I did not see the Regency location on Yelp. I have been a patient of the Regency Greenberg Dental since 2006 or 2007. I just left. I tried to leave before when I moved to the beach. Actually, I was just going to transfer to their Atlantic Beach location. They wanted to charge me for the records transfer, so I decided to just stay. Earlier this year, they sent me a bill for $76. I did not owe them anything. Later, I get a letter from their collections department telling me that they "have not choice but to report this account to Equifax." I called and sent them a letter contesting the fee. I never heard back, so I called them. They told me that it was a big mistake, and I did not owe anything.
Today, I called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist answered, but did not say "hello" or give a greeting. Instead, she was talking to another employee about her iron being low. When she did talk to me, she put me on hold for 7 minutes. After that, I told her that I am transferring dentists and that I should not be charged for my records, due to the poor service. She said "we don't charge to transfer records." What?!? I was told 2 or 3 years ago that you did. Had I known....
This place is terrible. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Horrible Horrible Medical/Customer Service...This is the worst dental experience I've ever had in my 47 years as a patient. I had a 3pm appt to have two fillings. First off, I sat in the waiting room for an hour...until 4pmish. Then I'm put into a room, swiped with the anesthesia q-tip and then given an injection. So I sit for another hour and 5 min in which my mouth is no longer numb, so I have to get another shot! 8 min later, this clown of a Dentist comes back in asks if I'm numb? I tell him...No, I'm not. Well, it's okay..sometimes the tooth we're working on is numb enough for us to do the work...WTF...Since when? I've gotten fillings twice in my life and I've never felt anything but pressure! Not to mention that I'm already claustrophobic, so now after I've gotten up the nerve to even go and get the work done, this fool thinks he can just waltz in after running all over the dayum office from patient to patient and obviously frustrated, to work in my mouth. The only reason I even sat as long as I did was because the young girl was very nice, but this pompous arrogant *** supposed to be Dentist was just horrible and his demeanor was even worse. This azzhole tells me to just breathe through my nose after I am damn near laying flat on my back, and still with feeling in my mouth as if I'm really supposed to be relaxed!!! Not a good thing to tell someone that is already claustrophobic, so I got up and LEFT!. I can't speak for the other locations, but I cannot in good conscious recommend anyone to this location

IF YOU ARE OVERBOOKED AND DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH DENTIST TO SEE ALL OF YOUR PATIENTS, DO THE PATIENT A FAVOR AND RE-SCHEDULE THEIR FUQIN APPOINTMENT INSTEAD OF BEING GREEDY FOR MONEY AND TAKING THEM IN ANYWAY. The worst thing to offer a patient is a overworked arrogant *** Dr. who has no patience with his patient's.

Terrible Service
Terrible service they switch your location without advising you. Make you wait there till your appointment time then say you were switched to a different location.
That is the second time they mess up an appointment after waiting almost 2 months they canceled the initial appointment saying they were going to be closed due to a holiday.
The obviously knew that ahead of time but still scheduled patients to then cancel last minute and make them wait another almost 2 months for a pediatric appointment. Also, front desk women are rude and have no respect for the patients.

My son that just turned 18 went to get a filling they numbed his mouth he sat and waited when the dentist came in my son cleared his throat due to the numbness caused spit duh the dentist automatically stepped back and said Im not putting your filling in go find another dentist

I have been a patient on and off for about 13 yrs. I have been calling for the past 7 months to the office in St.
Cloud, FL. No response. I have left many messages so that they call me back so that I can make the 6 months appointment for myself and my husband. No ONE called back.
I eventually went to the office where I expressed my frustration in a very respectful way to the two ladies at the front desk. All they did was give me a bunch of excuses that did not make any sense to me. One of them said that they didn't know the schedule for cleanings. I asked her if she could give me a call as soon as she found out the schedule and she said yes.
It's been 3 wks. now and I still haven't heard from them.
Since my business its not important to them I looked for another office that is not Greenberbg. I will be calling to make my complaint to corporate.

Had an appointment for cleaning. Staff said I needed clearance from my medical doctor first.
Got that issue resolved. They then indicated that I may need a deep cleaning and scaling. Dentist indicated that it would be in the best interest for me. It would be an additional cost for me.
I indicated that I do not want the service.
Just wanted a basic cleaning.
I was informed that they would not service me unless I had the deep cleaning and scaling. Are they trying to get me to pay for service that I do not want?
